I think the problem is that it takes some intelligence and originality to script that sort of thing, and it probably isn't feasible to get most porn girls to learn those scripts well enough to deliver them convincingly. What you're left with are a few girls out there that are a little more vocal and have some ability to improv in this area, but even these girls tend to say the same thing from one scene to the next.
