The guy was thrilled that his wife could no longer get out of bed/out the door etc without his help. When she lost weight and was merely obese he really questioned if he was still in love with her.. Click to expand I don't know if that was the same documentary I saw or not. The one I watched featured a man who had fed his wife up from about 250-300lbs all the way to 500+ and he/they had no intention of stopping there. His love for her seemed wholly conditional on her getting fatter and what seemed so sad was that the only way this woman could find affection was through a man who was slowly feeding her to death. The man had taken a series of pictures of her naked at regular intervals and the two of them went through the pictures commenting on how her skin in certain places had started to become leathery as the blood flow starts to fail to get right round her supersized bulk. The documentary was actually one of the most depressing/disturbing things I have ever watched and I actually switched off roughly half way through becuase I didn't really feel I wanted to watch any more. Sperminator Member 15 Posts 9/03	Posted - May 30 2004 : 12:22AM It may well have been the same one SNP..(i think the main guy was called Mark..light hair and moustache..he was the main soucre of amusement to me as some of his statements were so off the wall i didn't actually know if it was in some ways a bit of a put-on or playing up to the camera). The wife definitely didn't want to pursue her weight gain as avidly as the husband, in fact she was afraid of dying because of it, so that was why she eventually lost weight. It also has the old arguments of body fashions coming and going (e.g. look at the women in Rubens and Titian paintings) and featured more moderate fat girl admirers/fat girls being fetishized(?) at clubs and such, it wasn't entirely depressing/bleak. But yeah the main thrust, the main couple, was pretty out there.. [Link]
