The cover picture shows a line "Directed by Jörgen Woolf". So I would assume that is indeed the movie you're looking for. Correct title (of course it still could have been released again under alternative title, later).
The one offered here is a used DVD, from a private person (the same person on both platforms)... no offer in condition "New" from the commercial sellers, that would seem to confirm that this is a rare/out-of-store title.
