I have downloaded Firefox, which is working quite well, and Opera. There seem to be a lot of extentions, so asking seems to be the best: Which extentions as eclectic websurfing pervs have you found to be useful? Also, I seem to remember mention that one of them will do the coding for url's and italics for you? How do I do that? And is there a way to get the Image toolbar that IE has? Thanks. [Link]

I only know this: operaadfilter.com But after re-starting Opera those new filters effects. Next Opera (Opera9) has bult in Adblocker, and as far as i know, new filters effects immediately in that. Firefox extensions... Adblock Plus, new filters effects immediately. Firefox without Tab Mix Plus is harder to use. That extension is so cool. Here (After Bookmarklets) are some Firefox Extension listed for porn surfing squarefree.com/pornzilla. If you are going to use external Download Manager with Firefox+FlashGot, then i know that Free Download Manager is free, also no spyware in it. But personally i have never used it, because so far downTHEMall is all i need. It says it can Resume downloads, but i have only downloaded Images and small files with it, so i don't really know. Popup ALT Attributes makes FF act like IE in that it pops up tooltips based on ALT tags, in addition to TITLE tags. Handy for those sites who code against the spec. :-) IE Tab gives the ability to open a page in IE in another tab. Kinda neat for one-offs... otherwise I tend to stick with IE View. FasterFox is a neat set of tweaks, tho it runs the risk of being really rude to sites you visit by downloading all linked pages in the background... which is really only nice if you're on dialup; broadband really swamps a server. Paste and Go is one I can't live without. It allows you to paste an address in the bar and load it up in one fell swoop. Who knew saving one button click could be so sweet? Google Toolbar for Firefox is spiffy, tho a little reduntant... but I love the "up" button which helps you traverse websites. ... and might I selfishly include the IAFD Search Extension? [Link]

Oh I forgot themes - themes are nice if you want to make your browser look just how you want it too - and then you can modify the toolbar too...it never ends! You can right click on an annoying advert on your favorite site and kiss it goodbye. Should you ever need to see that ad you can do the same and restore it. Actually, we added a second server... so the big quad-processor box is running SQL Server and we added a neat little 1U dual-proc box running Win2K3 Web Edition which is responsible for the speed gains, since each box can now focus on what it is best at. You can automatically fill out name, address, etc. Paste quote is handy if you post on a lot of boards. It allows you to right click and paste text with the quote tags already around it. Opera seems to have some built-in features that are better than Firefox, but extentions take care of most of that. Some avatars aren't showing right not with Opera. Some of the ad banners don't work either. I can live with the second. [Link]

But since I re-image my OS every month or two I don't have the patience to configure this extension each time. Clutter is easy to get used to. Loraine Senior Member 1559 Posts 3/04	Posted - Mar 30 2006 : 2:04AM Help required for someone with a tired head and a short memory...for some reason I can't scroll pages anymore with the scroll wheel on my mouse in Firefox - works okay in Safari, I think this has been going for a week or two, I kind of got used to it but now it peeves me no end- it may have been an update that stopped it working perhaps, who knows? Anyway, I can't remember which extension will fix this. "All in one mouse" gestures sounds familiar but the comments on it are a bit dismal - I'd be grateful of any ideas on how to fix it. Very addictive the first day. That lead me to this post and I have added and am thankful for the following recommendations: Tab Mix Plus: I was wanting to be able to click on a new link and have it show up in a new tab, rather than a new window. Though you do have to be careful not to click on the right hand side of a tab because it will close it. DownThemAll!: Wow! That was sweet saving all of those pics at one time. Performancing: I think this is the one that has given me a spellcheck. I also added "Answers". I like it so far. I must admit that I don't understand what All in one gestures is supposed to do. Helps with long files. If the All-in-One gestures is what I remember it to be, it replicates the mouse gestures from Opera that allow faster navigation of pages. [Link]
