The First Amendment is not operative here. The First Amendment of the US Constitution restrains government and concerns what you can say in public. Beyond that, the First Amendment only guarantees you the freedom of speech in a public area, not a requirement on others that you be heard. You are on a privately-owned discussion board that operates as part of a business. You do not have the absolute right to do whatever you like on someone else's property whether it be a home or a business. The terms of service is the constitution for this place. You have contractual rights and obligations as set forth by the terms of service you agreed to when you signed up for membership here. One of those obligations is to observe the rules of conduct set forth by the owners and their designated agents. Your ability to participate in this forum is a privilege, not a right, and ownership has no obligation to be indifferent to what is posted. When one of the moderators suggests you do something, think of it as more of a command because there is an "or else" behind that suggestion.
