It's one thing to put extra content at your own schedule on sites for those other members but most peopel wont shell out that extra cash for one scene. Plus, the whole stigma is: why is it reserved only for her site and not "safe" enough to put on a major studio? Anyway, her doing that scene was already 10 steps above other "D" girls and I assume most people figured it was only a matter of time before she finally took the major label jump and started producing those scenes more frequently. I just wished she would have started earlier so she could have shot something with Lisa Ann but Kendra is not a bad substitute at all. [Link]

If she shoots her first IR with someone else, they give her a nice paycheck for it one time, but that's it, she never sees any more money from it again. If she shoots it for her own website, and then makes the act exclusive to said website, she now directly makes money off of anyone who wants to see her first (and at that point only) IR, for as long as she's operating the website. And if she continues to have more IR scenes on her site than anywhere else, same makes money off of all the people that are specifically only interested in seeing her doing IR and looking for what site has the most of her doing it. And on top of all that, she still gets to use her first non-personal website IR as a bargaining chip if she wants to. It might not be worth quite as much since she's already shot it before, but it's still worth something. [Link]
