From what I understand that "Cheek Popping" as for fish hooking, from what I understand is (for example) when a guy is fucking a girl in doggy and he reaches around and puts 1 or 2 fingers, either on one or both hands, into the girl's cheek and pulls back - kind of like this

This is correct. Usually this is done as the man has sexual intercourse with the woman from behind. He pulls her mouth apart to humiliate and degrade her. It deforms her face and thus her identify. It also affords a view of what her skull would look like were the skin pulled all the way off, thus once again dragging Death into the Sex equation as our species has been doing since the beginning of recorded time and no doubt before.
I always thought that Ted Bundy coined the term 'fishhooking' but if this is the correct definition, perhaps it should go into the porn dicktionary uncredited.
Fishhooking is basically spreading anything with two hands while using them in a J-hook position.
