Correct me if my facts are wrong. My understanding is that fisting in straight movies made by main stream distributors Evil Angel, Red Light District, Hustler etc. is kind of voluntarily withheld since technically it does not rise to the occasion of being prohibited by law. On the other hand I believe that fisting in Gay features is readily available mainstream without coming under any undue scrutiny and fisting in real world lesbian sex is to my understanding just another regular form of sex play and not something that much out of the ordinary. If that is correct I have seen some pretty offensive and dehumanizing regular porn that would offend me personally much more then fisting would. So is fisting in straight vids illegal or just with held for fear of being too offensive. TIA.
Four fingers ok! but having a fifth buried is a no-no!! unless you want your product pulled and or feds knocking on the door!

I have no clue who it's supposed to offend. =Four fingers is OK, you can insert a dirigible in there and it's OK, even a rubber facsimile fist but NOT a real fist. Over to the North, vaginal fisting is OK but no anal (that's a little too much, right?). =So you can piss on the grass, while leaning over a tree, but not on a person. So how do you get around it. Bingo! You pretend you are "squirting". How are the feds going to know whether you are peeing on someone, when the evidence is long gone?? = Enemas? No way! You can shoot a whole scene lasting a half an hour, showing the equipment being set up, water being squirted inside the anus, but that's it, you can't show cany brown stuff coming out of that ass. How do you get around it? For the last little while, milk enemas can be found in many american hc movies (ar at least released in the US), you can insert milk in the ass, and the girl endlessly expelling white milk stuff, but that's OK. Gory movies continue to be made. How many SAW movies have been made now, 5?. HOSTEL (2 at last count), FRONTIERS. That's OK to show men and women being maimed and mutilated beyond belief (yeah, I know it's fake, but it's still gory). But fisting, scat, golden showers are way too much for the feds, even though in euro movies and in private life such acts are being performed.
Four fingers ok! but having a fifth buried is a no-no!! unless you want your product pulled and or feds knocking on the door! So are you saying with certainty that you know that it is law that fisting is illegal and not just voluntarily with held from mainstream porn? What about fisting which I thought was OK in mainstream GAY porn. Was I wrong about that? and if not that is some peculiar double standard.
^ Um, if you're looking for peculiar double standards between laws for hetero and homosexuals, you don't have to go as far as fisting in porno. Just look at marriage.

There are no state or federal laws/statutes forbidding fisting, golden showers, scat, etc. They are just considered extreme sexual acts, which the feds have occasionally pegged them as being out of the norm of "community standards", and thus obscene. Have a look at the recent tribulations involving Max Hardcore and you will get an idea how far the feds will go to get someone convicted. Whether Max deserves what heis getting is another question, but that is the state of things. That is why euro movies involving such scenes (Rocco Siffredi being one of the most prominent) are cut when released and imported into the US. Yet you can Google any of those words over the internet and have access to those same acts (movie clips, photos) that the feds say you cannot see. Only a couple of fisting scenes have recently appeared in American released movies (one made by Patrick Collins) without causing much of a commotion. When Arrow released on DVD a classic movie involving a famous fisting scene on a hospital bed (CANDY STRIPERS), they hid it in a easter egg part of the disc and you needed to know the secret code to gain access to it.
I believe Seymore Butts was once charged with obscenity for releasing a movie with fisting. IIRC, he got away with a small fine.

Seymore at the time said it was a slip. He had not intended to release the movie in the US with the fisting scene. He tried to recall the few copies that had gone out, but I don't recall whether he was compltely successful in recovering all the copies. Patrick Collins though made no qualms when he made and released his THE FIST (2000, Elegant Angel) in the US about 8 years ago. He more or less dared the US authorities to come after him, and I believe nothing came of it. But it was a solitary experiment that he did not dare to repeat and the movie has been out of print for some time now and no longer available.

Without going into all the details (the threads are here explaining the details in great length), we released both Corruption and Upload with "XXXX" cuts that include fisting, hard bondage, and, in the case of Upload, pissing as well. This was done with a full understanding of the obscenity laws, and no fear of prosecution, simply because we felt -- and Paul Cambria's office agreed -- we had an unassailable third-prong defense under the Miller test.
^If there's an "unassailable defense" then why even bother to release a non-fisting cut? Is the fisting ok for some distributors and not others or something like that?

It's a question how far you want to hang your neck out. It's the "dare" factor, like what Max Hardcore was has/had been doing for years, thinking he could do what he wanted. His work used to be released by Legend and others until they became uncomfortable and dropped him and he began releasing his work through his own label.

I have always found it very interesting that some lady taking 60 cum shots in a bukkake is not considered extreme, but that having a single fist stuffed in her puss is. A golden shower is considered too extreme, yet face-fucking a woman until she pukes is not. As I once heard Chef Emeril say..."Who makes up these rules??" BTW..in my personal life, I LOVE to get fisted!
I found this interesting article that is right on topic. http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/porn/interviews/diamond.html EXCERPT: But fisting has always been sort of on that line. ... I don't now whether it's ever been prosecuted before. But clearly, if one sees this movie, the participants are enjoying themselves. And there are books that have been written about the subject with approval. Obviously, not everybody engages in this activity, but enough do to warrant books having been written about it; sex therapists having described it, and people filming it. And again, voluntary by adults, women. Maybe there's a thing about lesbians, I don't know. Maybe there's a gay prejudice. I do know that, in years gone past, that was sort of one key element that prosecutors sometimes used. They never admitted it. ... Sometimes what they'll do is prosecute interracial sex. They would never say, "That's why we're doing it," but they're always hoping that there would be some residual prejudice from the jury to convict. But basically it's erotic activity that some people like to watch.

The most recent prosecution for fisting/pissing/throat gagging is the Max Hardcore case, which is awaiting sentencing. So yes, the feds will go after what they consider sexual acts outside of the norm ("community standards"). Nobody makes the rules, you just try to stay within the box as outlined by what type of presecutions have been handed down in the past. What may be acceptable in New York, may not be in Georgia or Texas. If you have deep pockets and have a "devil may care" attitude and good lawyers behind you, you may want to dare the feds and tell them to go f+++ themselves. If you are Vivid or Wicked then you look at carefully what you film and what you distribute across the country and make sure all the bases are covered. Which brinbgs me back to the earlier post, go ask Patrick Collins why he no longer distributes "THE FIST" he made in 2000 or why he has not made others containing the same activity...or why Evil Angel (and other distributors) edits out the golden shower scenes from Rocco Siffredi movies...
Through all of the these questions and responses, there seems to me to be only one truely important question that needs to be answered: How do I get Kristina to really like me? Irish Caraway
Theres still fisting available today from online stores in america. See https://www.adultdvdtalk.com/price_search/search_item.dlt/sku=43430/legacy-the.htm In the behind the scenes theres a girl to girl fisting scene. Its possible it was left in by mistake because you don't see it in the main feature and its possible the stores that sell it don't know its in there.

So was this "famous" scene something special and how do you get the secret code?
As I recall it when Arrow released the movie on DVD in 2002 (?) (they did a pretty good job of remastering it considering how old it is) a few years ago, they did not openly advertised that it contained the fisting scenes (there were two of them in CANDY STRIPERS). The movie proper was of excellent remastered quality but the fisting scenes were hidden (they were of inferior but watchable quality, which suggests the material came from some old old bootleg video tape). At the time, a number of movies had easter's eggs hidden scenes, which could only be accessed by certain clicks of the remote control keys (up, down, left, right). I recall reading the secret codes for this particular movie in the RAME newsgroup postings. So if you Google the RAME archives throuh Google, you will locate the posts that discussed the movie and the "secret" codes in order to open the DV menu where they are located. I think I just found the post, which reads in part: [ invalid url ] Edited by - Len801 on 12/7/2008 7:18:49 PM
