Hi guys.. As has been mentioned in a couple of other threads, five star orders to Australasia are a bit delayed, due to postal probs. Although i have sent them a couple of emails latley without response, just wondering if they are on holiday :-) ,or something? anyone heard from them lattley? Not to concerned yet, as they are usually great at sorting out, and keeping customers informed, just curious. Will keep you posted :-)

mantiz-

Mantiz, I have followed up with customer service and I see that they have been in contact with you.

We are definetely not on vacation. The best (and fastest)way to contact us regarding a customer service issue, late package etc. is via email at customer_service@fivestardvd.com. Our customer service staff does a great job of taking care of these things.

Sometimes customers believe that if they email questions directly to me then they will receive a faster response. In reality this will only slow down the process becasue I usually forward these emails to customer service. Of course, if there is a special situation that can not be resolved normally then I am more than happy to get involved.

turbo ....i do experience the same as u but not with fivestar. its dvdexplorer....ok if u wanna order in future try to look out for delivery service insured but got to pay a bit higher than postal service but i think fivestar do not have delivery package insured. i have make my order with dvdadvantage about 9 time and i received all order within a week. even if i dont get the title, i email them and they refund me into my charge card without any question.
so this is a kind of service we are looking for.
