I would forward the email (or what you sent via the web) to them asking if they have had chance to look into it yet.

They seem to be a good company. I've placed several orders with them, all arriving within a week and without any customs charges. The one order I cancelled was done promptly and without complaint - it was my first nervous porn import and I got stressed... for no reason at all!!!! Their customer service was superb and it secured them much repeat custom... something other retailers might learn from?!
