They offer a nice selection of every type of adult genres from all the leading studios, and at very low prices to boot. In fact, I've been quite surprized just how low their prices have been on many top-rated porn DVD's! And another thing I just luv is that they also have an outstanding customer service ready to help out with any questions or problems - not like others who are either too stupid or too rude to be of any help whatsoever. So as you can probably tell, I highly recommend Five Star DVD to all here and I'm sure many will be very satisfied with their products and services just as I am! [Link] |

Although we do have a posted policy regarding missing packages, each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis. We try to be as flexible as possible when dealing with these issues. In the Shopping Forums here you will find many customer reports indicating that we make a big effort to resolve any problems including lost shipments. Ken Graham |

As for the treasure chest, I've asked if I could trade my two free DVDs from my order for a NuTech title and they kindly responded that they couldn't do that at this time. Kinda sucks, but still, it is a business. I did love the coupons more than the treasure chest though. Then at least I could have possibly received another title that I wanted with the savings. Great company though. Good prices to go with the great service. Can't really complain :) -fishboy- |

That way everyone who orders can get their own way, so to speak. In effect the coupon would take the place of the freebies on an optional basis? Of course a drawback of that, is that you may then get some people looking at the retail value of the freebies and comparing that to the value of the coupon and bitching on that basis. Not understanding that $10 cash is probably their cost for 2-4 of the freebie titles anyway... Not you guys, (Clay/rojo) -just trying to figure out the negatives to my idea.... Well, regardless, I'm quite happy with fivestar as it stands at the moment. cheers, scipio |
