what does it mean when its "on Order"? does it mean its out of stock? if so how long do they ususally take to restock it on the site?

saint - You are correct. At most sites 'On order' means that the store is currently out of stock and has placed an order with their supplier. It's not easy to generalize the amount of time that it will take for a specific title to arrive in the warehouse. Some studios and distributors get their orders filled very quickly, others seem to take their time. If you have questions about a specific title it's best to contact the store directly. You can find all of the store's contact info on our Store Info page. I think the email address you need for Five star is sales@fivestardvd.com .
