| jools Member uk 39 Posts 9/03 |  Posted - Mar 3 2004 : 6:45PMi have to give praise to five star dvd once again,there customer service is second to none,i just recently ordered a large quantity of dvd's to be shipped over to the uk and one of the dvd's in the order had a fault so i emailed five star dvd and told them about it and within 24 hrs got a reply stating they would exchange the disk for me. please bear in mind that i already had opened the dvd packaging for this movie but they had no problem with this and now i'm waiting for the title to be shipped. i see no point in shopping with any other retailers when the service is beyond doubt when it comes to five star dvd!...a big thumbs up to you guys. cheers, [Link] |

I checked with fedex; the 16 dvd package left the continental US this morning around 2:40am and the scheduled delivery is Mar 17, 2004 by 8:00 pm. We appreciate your business with Five Star DVD; I keep a very close eye on customers' input and inquiries from ADT so that I can better serve you all. As a person who shops regularly on the internet, I know what sort of issues can occur when shopping with e-tailers and I try very hard to make sure that Five Star DVD customer service is doing its best to make the experience as easy as going shopping with your local 'brick and mortar' store; and even more so, I envision my role as to try and make it more pleasant. I like to think of the customer through their posts and emails as if I was talking to them face to face.
