I called the CSR at Five Star early this week. He said I would have to wait a couple days to satisfy the post office, even though the other 2 orders since then came through already. Called them again yesterday, and they're shipping out the replacements today or Monday. Once again, EXCELLENT service from Five Star DVD. [Link] |

They probably got your box of DVDs and decided that now is the time to invest in a DVD player. Seriously... I think it's great that Five Star honors such problems which are out of their control. And the manager is not likely to keep my stuff. If the mailperson did give it to the wrong address. Everyone around has family and kids all living in one place. I wonder.
