For further help with your communications, what email address are you using to contact me directly? From our forum you used a email address starting with 'wildcard' and from the forum here I cannot obtain information on your account. Possibly you are using a different email to communicate as of late with our company.
In regards to your order, which from my cross-referencing at our own forum, I strongly believe that this is a mail/money order(?) With your email I found your name and also that your last order received by us was on 2/23. It's quite possible that this new money order was lost or something else has gone amiss.
I sent you an email on 3/1; this was the last communication I have on record with you.
It is much easier to discuss specific order issues or mail order inquiries with me directly rather than an open forum.
