Howdy! I was wondering if anyone else was having problems this week with Five Star's web site. I was trying to check on the status of an order placed last month-it was partially shipped-but I can't access their site.

I'm also unable to access the site. It has happened before. There are a lot of new titles out so they could just be doing an update or something like that. I've ordered from them about a half dozen times and even had to return some items that were double shipped. Their customer service has been excellent, so I wouldn't be overly concerned about the site being down.

I called there this morning to inquire. They are aware of the problem and are working to correct it. I think it may be a hardware problem.

I got an email from them on Tuesday advertising new sales and new discounts, but I have not been able to get to their site since. I hope they get it back up soon. Otherwise I might have to shop elsewhere.
