It was my first order from them, and it contained the DVD 'Lovers caught on tape'. But after having removed the foil and having opened the box of the mentioned DVD there was a big surprise : The box was totally empty ! I just mailed the FiveStar customer support and told them about it. I hope they'll believe me and resend the DVD. Of course I can't even prove to them that the DVD wasn't contained in an originally sealed box :-o Has anybody already made a similar experience ? Anybody got any other suggestions what to do ? Since the box in question was sealed, this is probably a manufacturing issue. We usually catch this type of problem before it leaves our warehouse becasue our order packers notice when a DVD case feels lighter than normal. We aplogize for this problem and if you contact our customer service department they will be happy to send out a replacement disc. Ken Graham  [Link] |
