Ive ordered from fivestar before, but I heard there were some issues with their legal problems. Any reports on how things are going with them?

The court case is still in limbo. The original judge assigned to the case stepped down late last year. Since that happened I haven't seen any new updates.

They are definately having some problems with their business. I have a partially filled order that has 4-5 month old backorders. I have e-mailed them repeatedly but they never reply to anything.

Dammit, I liked dealing with them. Isn't the 'Right to moderately priced porn from a website with good-sized boxcovers, prompt shipping, and good customer support' somewhere in the constitution?
