Normally 5 Star has been very good on fulfilling backorders, and so far I've always had excellent luck with them returning e-mails as well.

| CD New Member 4 Posts 2/02 | I have had a DVD on back order with FiveStarDVD for a month now. I have emailed them a few times asking for details of when it is likely to be in stock, but so ar I haven't received a reply. Does anyone know what they are like on fulfilling their back orders? Should I choose another film that is in stock? I had ordered 2 DVDs with them, one was shipped nearly straight away, but they charged me full shipping costs for the 2 DVDs, is this normal practice? If you email your order information directly to me (graham@fivestardvd.com) I will personally follow up on it for you. As far as the shipping charges you will only be charged once for shipping on each order. Also, we do not charge for backordered items until they actually ship. Steve K- To be honest, we've been surprised by the strong response to our Evil Angel sale. Whenever we run a sale we try to plan enough inventory to meet the demand but ocassionally we get caught off guard. Fortunately we have plenty of Evil Angel product on the way and almost everything will be in stock very shortly. Ken Graham |
