When are they going to implement Rush Shipping method (courier) for International Orders via FedEX, DHL or UPS as already available at dvdxtreme, Adultdvdnow and lasersedge.com . They have the best price around, I'm sure International customer like me are more than eager to jump to fivestar, if only they offer more than that pathetic USPS International Mail as it more prone to custom seizure, especially in Asian country like Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. We are always looking for ways to improve our international service and we value your suggestions. At this point we ship internationally via USPS and we have had great success. Over the past 3 months we've had close to a 99% success rate internationally, including the UK. Although our international customers have been quite happy, we understand that some customers would like another option and we are evaluating other carriers. Unfortunately UPS is not an option because they do not accept adult material internationally (according to company policy). At one time we did use UPS for international shipments but there were too many problems with UPS returning adult shipments. Currently, DHL is scheduled to install a shipping computer system in our warehouse. Once this system is in place we'll begin a trial period with them where we will ship selected packages via DHL. If this trial proves successful them we will offer DHL to all international customers. Ken Graham [Link] |
| Matt Member 9 Posts 1/01 | Posted - Jan 16 2001 : 4:39PM I had used USPS International Priority For mainstream DVD from CDNow.com. The service might be good in the US, but when they're passed to local postal service - it became untrustable. Thus I never received any DVDs on USPS carrier. [Link] |
