Has anyone on here used FiveStarDVD to import some titles into the UK.

I really fancy 'Bakers Dozen #1' and 'Tough Love #2', I had a look at that comes in at £21, which is bargin.

I'm not sure what postage system to use, the cheapest seems to be a few £ with the most expensive an extra £12. I'm not bothered about the cases, though I would like the artwork so I can use my own cases.

So can anyone recommend what postage system to use? Also I wont have any problems imorting this stuff will I, i'm a tad worried by 'Tough Love #2', but hey it's got Julie Night in it so it's got to be done.

Thanks.

I use Fivestardvd on a regular basis to import dvds to the UK. They are (in my opinion) the best retailer on this site along with Adultdvdtoday.

I go with the 'global priority letter' postage option. It is $5 + $1.50 per disc. It gets to me in 4-7 days.

This option ships without boxes (just disc and sleeve) so is less likely to be opened by customs (who concentrate more on packages rather than letters). Most times customs will let porn films through anyway unless they contain things like fisting and heavy S&M. You can get empty dvd boxes in lots of places (Officeworld has 10 for £1.99 for example).

Thanks for the help.

I just placed a order for:

Tough Love 2
Bakers Dozen
Gangland 43

It only came to £32 in total including shipping.

FivestarDVD has become one of my favorite stores to order from because they have fast shipping and I use the discount coupons to save me more money. Their prices are also very good and they get new movies very soon.

If you combine prices, choice and customer service, then they're about the best I know. The only firm that beats them on customer service, that I know of, is LasersEdge. Yes, LasersEdge is very good indeed. It's just a pity that their range isn't as good as Five Star.

I was just about to place another order but both titles that I wanted (Hellcats 3 and Service Animals 10) were out of stock :-(

All three titles I ordered are now available for trade/sale by the way. I'll watch them over the weekend and then offload them. Check out the international trades section if your interested.

Greetings; two methods of shipment that I highly reccomend with our company Five Star DVD are -

Fedex International- This is a flat rate of 18 US dollars for 1-8 dvds

Fedex Letter- A flat rate of 20 US dollars for 1-30 items.

Both these methods have a time rate of 3-5 business days but I have seen both methods leave our Tempe warehouse and are in the Uk by the next business day.

If you have any further inquiries about our service or rates, email me directly at ethan@fivestardvd.com or post it here as I check ADT several times daily. Thanks!

Well this was the first time I have used your service and I am very impressed. Everything went nice and smooth. I was a bit worried about customs but by going with just the covers and discs and not the cases it wasnt a problem.

One question though how often do you get new stock in? Like I mentioned above I am after the 'Hellcats 3' and 'Service Animals 10' both were out of stock.

Greetings; I just got out of the warehouse and am pleased to inform 'xxx_fan' that we received our shipment of Evil Angel products today. Both titles you desire are now in stock; email me directly if you want me to hold them for you in an order.

In regards to out of stock titles, it usually depends on the studio as to when it will be back in stock. Most titles are restocked within 2-4 business days.

Thanks again!

The only trouble I've had with Five Star, is that Ethan doesn't check his E-mails very often. I've found that I get a better response when I contact him through these forums. But once I do get a response...BAM!!! The service is so fast my head spins!

Speaking of E-mails, I sent you (a.k.a. Ethan) an E-mail I think yesterday requesting a slight change in my order, from "Dangerous Lives of Blondes" to "White Trash Whore 12". Could you check your E-mail and let me know if this'll be okay? I didn't give an order number because I haven't been given one yet. All I've been given is an "Order Confirmation" E-mail.

Could you also let me know about the status of my order?

Thanks

Mojo- Hi, your email from yesterday was answered a few minutes ago; (about 25 minutes ago.) Please include your cust. ID or at least a partial email here at ADT so I can somehow draw a line between a post here and an order in our system for future forum topics.

As for the status of your order, the remainder of the titles should be in stock for delivery in 4-7 business days.

Thanks again!

Sorry, I forgot that thread I did. Honestly, my memory's sooo bad I'd forget my own head if it weren't attached to my shoulders!
