Well, after making my last post here in Spesedy's thread, I sent an unhappy email to Fivestar about my shipment, including pretty much what I said in my post with a bit of elaboration.

I got a reply from them, and I have to say that I'm quite impressed with their response, and I was partly at fault with the -lack of reply- to my last email to them (the unanswered one) as it was worded in a way that could easily be read as not expecting a reply. And was. (ahh hindsight). Though obviously the non-arrival of my order wasn't my fault ;) - as Ken said in his email to me, it reflects very badly on fivestar when their shipping companies don't do their job.

Anyway, assuming it all works out, my faith in Fivestar's customer service has been restored. As I said about them before, they have made mistakes as we all do. The manner in which they try to rectify any problems that occur is what speaks volumes. At the moment I'm quite happy with their response.

cheers,

scipio

Hi,

after sending an email to Ken, today I also got a reply from FiveStar. It was very positive and generous, so I'm happy now, too :-)

I'm sorry for all the trouble this shipment company was causing them, and I hope everything will be OK again when they send my order via Global Priority.

I'm certainly going to place a few new orders once my package arrived.

Thanks a lot, FiveStar.

Best regards,

Spesedy
