There are have been tons of implant related threads and they tend to all get closed because the language used is usually harsh for no reason and ultimately is kind of a waste of time because the subject being discussed is no longer relevant since the performer has already gotten the implants and all we wind up doing is crapping on them. In case it stays open then here is my view on implants. There is no such thing as good implants when it comes to established performers because no matter how great they turn out. The performer will have significantly altered her appearance and therefore most of her fans will have an opinion on the new look. Some may love it but I suspect most won't because that's Human nature. The level of ambivalence will greatly depend on the size and look of those implants. It's a lot different when it comes to newbies who come into the industry with implants because then the only major factors that will affect fans is whether you think she looks good with them or you don't.
I tend to be fine with performers who get in the industry with implants as long as they more or less look appropriate for the body type of the performer. The larger the breasts are from what their natural body type should allow the less likely that I will be able to watch that performer.
