Wondering what everyone thought of these DVD's. Picked them up at Erotica LA (luckily I didn't have to pay for them) and was very disappointed.

I liked them basically because I like looking at Tera Patrick naked!!!! Not the best sex shot in either and she didn't take really good facials in Island Fever and there were no Tera facials in Forbidden Tales. I liked the commentary tracks Tera did on both especially Island Fever. I hope in her next film Tera will return to doing harder sex scenes ending with a facial, an anal scene would be nice and of course if she did a lesbian scene that would kick ass but I would settle for better sex scenes, less emphasis on story and some nice facials/swallowing on her part.

I bought Island Fever because, although I don't much care for Tera Patrick, I'm a big Julia Ann fan.
I didn't think it was that good either.
At least you got the DVD's for the right price lee!

in my opinion they make for great background decoration, just have them playing on your big screen tv or video beamer. or to get someone to start watching porn with you. however, i agree it's a very unlikely choice for a jerk-off flick, innit?

I bought Forbidden Tales because the dvd box looked neat with the middle ages atmosphere and since I'm new to buying porn, I wanted to have at least one dvd with Tera Patrick on it. I thought the graphics were neat and I always watch it with the commentary on. I liked it but there was something missing in it. Like it was kinda softcore and you couldn't hear anything with the music blaring in the background.

As for Island Fever, I haven't seen it but I can't make up my mind to buy it or not. I've hear alot of good and bad reviews on it. The island atmosphere and the female looks were top-notch but the movie was more couple-orenitated (spelling error?) so its kinda hard to decide. But the price tells me to not buy it.
