Recently a court made the decision that even those age-check systems where you have to enter a personal identity card code are not safe enough. Enter the page and click "DVD und VHS"...
There's one thing I always wondered. Does the German law prosecute also the free access to porn material produced in Germany but available on websites that are not owned by German companies? If no, why do companies like Magma aren't opening "sister" companies in other more internet-tolerant Euro countries (Netherlands, Austria, Italy etc...) to advertise and review their material there?

A further detail which might explain the situation around Magma is that a representative of the company admitted to me that they still have to get accustomed to the fact that people outside Germany are interested in their products.

Tittenalarm series = Natural Wonders of the World series. You should be able to find reviews of the last one. Take care, the numbers between the series don't add up. Tittenalarm 1 is not Natural Wonders of the World 1 .

I shot my very first scene on October 22nd 1996 for MAGMA. It's a good company with nice people and very popular by male and female performers. But like most German porn companies they are not marketing driven.
It would be so easy to have a full internet offering by cooperating with a distributor in the Netherlands. I just guess they want to avoid conflicts with their licensing partners. The internet is global but most German companies sell their rights for different countries to different companies.
Thank you, Steve. This sums it up very well for me. The question is if this attitude won't drive them into problems given the trend of tougher competition in their domestic market (especially much more US releases have become available over the last years).
