Just say no. 7564 Posts 11/02	Posted - Jan 26 2003 : 11:48AM This was not as easy as I expected or hoped it would be, because of 2 reasons: 1) As the picture I have posted below clearly demonstrates, it is not easy to find decent pictures of male performers. Sorry for the lack of quality. I will try to find better pictures in the future. 2) I am a typical male chauvinist pig; better make that a heterosexual male chauvinist pig. I watch porn for the girls, not the guys. Therefor I judge male performers on their ability to bring out the best in the girls. Maybe the looks of the guys have some positive effect on how the girls react, but I have found out that mainly the enthusiasm for and the interest of the male performer in the girl he is working with, can go a long way indeed in assuring that the scene will be good. Besides, I found out that when it comes to judging looks and attractiveness of male performers, I really suck. There was a thread in ADT not too long ago wherein male performers got rated by female members. The winner was Evan Stone, a guy who I always believed was really ugly, at least when you look at his facial features. So, if all you ladies don't like the choices I make in this weekly series, let me know and I will be more than glad to follow any suggestions you might have. Now, why did I pick Alberto Rey to begin this weekly series? Very simple, I really wanted to begin this series with a compatriot of me. There aren't that many Belgian actors that have an international career. In fact, I had a choice between Alberto and Pascal White (of Ben Dover fame). I know my judgement on male beauty sucks, but really, I don't see any contest here. So Alberto it became. Alberto Rey is also known as Alberto Sanchez and Emilio Sanchez. He has been working in porn since 1993. He quickly realized that he had to leave Belgium in order to make a career for himself, and he did. Just like a lot of French and German actors, he moved to Budapest and found his place in the local business. He rarely gets top billing, but usually is the second man. There are 2 notable exceptions. The first is his title role in P2 Penetrator 2: Grudge Day . His bodybuilder physique made him a natural for the Arnold Schwarzenegger role, as can be seen in the picture I have posted from that flick. The second movie is a German Magma title called Fuckingdales on Tour , filmed in Budapest in 1995. He shares the lead role with Australian actor Gerry Pike. They both more or less played themselves, as (ex)Chippendale type male strippers, who were working their ass off for a horde of horny local girls. Of course, some of these girls were paid porn girls (such as Holly Black), who, behind the scenes, performed hardcore scenes with them in between their stripper acts. The last thing I have read of Alberto, was that he is supposed to be in jail. However, I think that is a misunderstanding. I had no idea Alberto was Belgian, I thought he might be South American like his good friend Teo Roccaforte.
