I too LOVE her BTS. The dynamic she and Mark have is awesome and she seems t do her best to connect with the talent she's talking with.

Francesca and Mark are the perfect team, I LOVE them!! Francesca is super hot and loves filming her husband bang chicks all day, how fucking awesome is that!! and yes... their BTS is pretty funny especially in "His ass is mine"

I really liked the BTS in Munch Box. Francesca has an infectious attitude, and it really comes across by how comfortable and spontaneous the girls are with her.
I'd still like to see Francesca in front of the lens a little more, too!! She looks smoking hot in no make-up and glasses, amazing!

If you like BTS where the girls actually get to be themselves (if they're comfortable enough) in front of the camera, then you'd be doing yourself a tremendous favor to check out a Francesca Le/Mark Wood movie that has a cast of ladies you like. And that isn't a recent development; it's been true for the longest. I'm just glad the excellent trend continues and that fans recognize the greatness.
I'm forever in their debt for the lengthy talk with Friday in the BTS of "Big Titty Moms."

I don't think it's just her bts. She shot the Veronique Vega scene in Young Tight Latinas #12. Now, Veronique is my favorite, so I've seen many of her scenes, but the easy-going nature Francesca instilled in this one gave it such a fun feeling that it might be my favorite Veronique scene now. Francesca really did a great job.

Just as a quick aside to the topic, I'm a big fan of her "in-front-of-the-scenes" work also, I'm hoping she does more in the future.
