I called it and it seemed like a legitimate deal. Call 1-888-361-7361. They'll ask for your name, address, and whether you are a consumer or retailer. It is a legit offer and the number you are calling is the new Private North America which will be taking over North American distribution of Private in a few weeks. The subject of the new Sampler came up a few months ago and the General Manager of Milcap in Barcelona and I agreed that the sampler should be made available at no charge. Since then, the decision was made to set up a new company here that would handle only Private. So for now, I'm handling the sampler distribution to Distributors and the new Private North America is handling the offer of a free disc to consumers and retailers. | PrivateDVD Member 57 Posts 3/01 | Posted - May 4 2001 : 7:24AM I regret the late shipment of the Samplers, but as you were told by Richard Arnold, the USA distribution has been transferred to Private North America and it has brought some delays in the meanwhile. I hope everything will be faster from now on. Just to let you know, Sampler 3 (112 trailers and 3 scenes) is about to be finished and will be first seen in the Cannes Film Festival in 10 days. Private is setting a big party on monday 14th in Cannes. The Sampler 3 will go bundled for free with the "Virtualia 2: The Final Truth" DVD which also features one interactive multiangled scene.
