Personally, it wouldn't be so bad if it were just porn that is censored but they also reserve the power to censor any objectionable speech. That means the government may just shut down a website with someone expressing objectionable views.
Try as they may though, they can't censor websites outside of Australia though. They could only isolate their internet from the rest of the world's but they won't as if they do Australia would become a poor country by missing out on the global internet.
Perhaps you should try to copy the US Bill of Rights. You should model your government on the US and not the UK, you'd have more freedom that way.
