Have tried to contact them about order prosessing and delivery time. But they do not reply. It´s impossible to reach them via email - due to some kind of website error. So the site says. But Freeerotiek.nl do not reply to fax either. I do not know where my stuff is. It´s impossible to get in touch with them. And you can´t even tell by their "Order view" if the stuff is shipped or not. Someone who has experiences with this company? I live in Norway/Europe by the way. So I think it´s about time to deliver...  [Link] |

Have you tried here: http://212.123.210.157/shop/content/en/contact/contact.asp Click on "inquiry form" and make sure you have pop-ups enabled (no popupkiller running). I have ordered some (non-adult) dvd's with FRS in the past, and their delivery always was slow/unpredictable. Did you get the order confirmation e-mails, and can you check your orderstatus online? The first email I got from them said merely that my order had been placed . The second came about a day later and imparted the information that both discs were out of stock . This seemed to be the point at which your efforts had been thwarted ( or so I assumed ) and so I too had given up on them . Then a couple of days later the third , and to this point final , email arrived . This one announced that both titles were now in stock and had been shipped . As you can imagine I was fairly relieved , so I came on here to tell the potentially good news . Damn . We could indeed have been ripped ! Still I'm holding out some hope , who knows what tomorrows post will bring . [Link] |

They seem to be a British company judging by the flag in their header . The title in question is marked as ' X 18+ Restricted to adults 18 years and over ' but your symbol is not apparent . What was odd was that when I clicked the link a window for the lovely Vidshop popped up too...curious. And not entirely encouraging. Anyway, I presume XODVDs sell the real deal . I couldn't find the Runaway Butts you mentioned - it could be a Dutch version from Shiva. This could explain the different age symbol thing but I am just guessing now! [Link] |

The only thing is, that you have to be patient when they tell you the package is shipped. It takes 1-2 weeks because they have a strange system, routing over some P.O. Box at the Brussels Airport in Belgium. So, it's normal if it takes longer, I don't think you're being ripped off. Afaik freerecordshop is the biggest CD/DVD Store company of all benelux countries, with lots of shops in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg - and even in Scandinavia. So I think they are a serious company. And for xodvds... Well, they're nice for sure - but it's the same like erodvd.
