I think French Guy would be the more informed person on this but can anyone recommend any forum similar to this in France or other European country where they discuss DVDS/VIDEOS?

Well to enjoy such a forum (if it exists) is that at least you are fluent in French. Otherwise, ADT is the best I have seen so far.
