Interesting question. EBI concentrates on eastern European girls, so they're no good. EGAFD only rarely lists country of origin, so they're no good. IAFD and SearchExtreme don't seem to offer anything here. The only idea I could come up with was to use the advanced search function at FreeOnes.
Specifying profession as "pornstar" and country as "France" (and leaving all other fields blank) yielded this list:

How come the "Italian Stallion"-Slyvester Stallone is not listed.He may now be better associated with brands like Rocky Baboa or Rambo but at the end of the day the bottom line is that he does have a long list of blue films to his credit and each of those films is considered a collectors item as he has bought out most of the titles after he made it big in Hollywood.

In the case of girls who are really East European, a reasonably accurate source is Eurobabeindex. France has its own infrastructure which is not completely accessible for us non-francophones. I used to buy the French magazine Hot Video sometimes, it's amazing how much French porn (and French talent) is out there that we will likely never see.
I'm not aware of Italy, Spain, or any other European country for that matter having any similar resources for accurate information on performers.
Holland is an important distribution node for a lot of Euro porn, and yet the lack of knowledge I encounter in sex shops, video rentals, and magazines that feature porn reviews is amazing. And yet in other countries where I've been to sex shops it's even worse.
