To stop the scene from being released obviously. I'm not sure of the legal reasons but that seems the gist of what they are hinting at. If it is released I guess they plan on suing.
I'm a strong proponent of you should pay for your porn because otherwise one day there won't be any new stuff being made and I don't see any reason to deviate from that view but that said.
