Props to Rob for being an active part of this thread, it makes giving feedback much, much easier. Could the message be delivered in a nicer format? Sure, but I don't think we should be discouraging negative feedback. Rob doesn't do this for free, the girls don't model for free. We pay a premium to access the content on the site. So as consumers, we should be able to express our dissatisfaction without fear of reprisal from the rest of the members. If our tv or cell service sucks, we have no problem complaining about it. Why can't we say what we do or don't like in regards to FTV and the models without people getting bothered? It doesn't make sense to me. Is it within your right of free speech to do so? Certainly, but it is without courtesy nor respect. If one shows disrespect you can defend his opinion just as we can object it with an unwelcome response. That is the battle between your own conscious. The Starbucks employee for example could have a lazy eye, but you don't call the employee out on it to his face because it is rude, same concept here. As for all the negativity - listen up, Rob shut down his FTV forum a few years ago because crap like this was happening. If you want to see and hear more from him, I would humbly suggest to cut it or he'll just walk away - much like the models will. I personally like hearing from them without them having to defend their bodies or their reasoning to do what they do. While the occasional troll and shamer are part of the occupational hazards of entering adult entertainment, models and porn stars are still people who live and breathe the same as you and I do. Don't spread misery around, there's plenty of porn and entertainment for everyone. Use your little mouse and just click into a different thread. Don't act like you have command of FTVGirls, because you don't and you won't. Constructive criticism and honest feedback are important when it comes to the actual scene. Suggesting a certain body type is probably welcome I'm sure - but ad hominem attacks on a particular model for the way she looks is downright stupid, hurtful, and doesn't serve anyone here. The passive-aggressive nature of "just sayin'" or "no offense" should immediately induce something in someone's logic that a) what you're about to say isn't nice and any kind of preface to be nice is foolish b) you probably shouldn't say it and keep it to yourself. Being a keyboard jockey takes 0 ounces of courage. While it may make your dick hard, it usually leaves you alone, tactless, and miserable. As I said, I personally like hearing from the models - their experiences, their lives, and what makes them, the website, and their videos work. I come and lurk here to read that. I find it fascinating and it never hurts that the videos are hot as hell - and some are more hot than others but that's my personal taste. Rob's work now has spanned over a decade and he's done well. He'll probably continue to do well and certain folks account for taste (or lack thereof) is not going to change that. The models that he's had the opportunity to shoot will continue to craft their own fate and we are all just lucky enough to see them at their beginnings. Think of all the gorgeous women, present company included, that we've had the opportunity to see in pure, unadulterated bliss with little to no filters (edited for time constraints I'm sure) for our entertainment. If I ever were to have the opportunity to work in the adult business, Rob's model would be one to aspire to and learn from and not belittle him or the models who want to come work for him. Yes, it's a job. Yes, you pay for a cup of coffee like you pay for your porn. However, coffee doesn't equal people so don't use the straw man argument to say such - it's bad logic. Next, just like there are coffee shops all over to sample from - if you don't like one, move on to another.
