It's Eric from FTVMilfs - Rob's LA photographer. I'm suspecting that Rob is taking a break, as all the conspiracy theories have said. Having listened to him for years now, he's been wanting to take a step back and probably feels comfortable enough to have Eric shoot for him. Eric's eye is different than Rob's. You'll just have to get used to it. Times they are a'changin'.

I almost never post here and came on specifically to post exactly what you posted for the most part. What has happened to the extreme shoots? They have seriously SERIOUSLY declined in both quantity and quality over the last few years. They are rare to have at all anymore and even when they do appear they often are qualified as extreme because the girl fists herself (usually barely) for like 5-10 minutes only and there is your extreme shoot. The only good ones I can think of over the last few years is Ivy Aura (one of the best ever) and Katy I think her name was, the one with 2 updates. God there used to be 5-10 a year like that back in the day. Sucks because another great American site that used to have a lot of awesome extreme type shoots is Alsscan and they have been weak in that area for years now also.

Ok, that's what I thought, it definitely looked like FTVMilfs shoots to me. The style I mean. Quite a bit different IMO, but you are certainly right that it's beyond our control. Hope Rob does come back as his shooting style is just superior in my view.

Some of the things you care about I don't, but in general I greatly agree with this post. I was literally shocked to see that recent update with the heavily tattooed girl, like I couldn't believe it. That's just one of many things that have changed, for the worse, in my opinion. My guess is that there aren't as many willing participants into those types of things anymore. It was a strictly taboo thing here in the U.S. for a long time, even in porn. Now, with the advent of places like Kink.com - it's become somewhat passe. There also just may be a shortage of women who can do those feats. They save it for webcam shows and customs because of all the pirating that goes on as well as some of the backlash that comes with sticking a hole man-hand in your vagina. I remember specifically several years ago on the FTV Forum for Rob taking heat for having too many extreme girls because the poster said that Rob liked "girls who could take bowling balls in their twat." That just stuck out to me. While the "extreme girls of the past" like Violet, Danielle, Anne, Melissa, etc. are probably long gone; we can only hope that there are new things on the horizon. Rob cut them down to 10-12 per year, I remember him saying because he got more backlash than rave reviews for those shoots. When your paid subscribers bitch, usually the owner of the content listens.
^ But those guys are insecure idiots. They'd complain about anything going in that was bigger than their pencil dick. Those guys are at the webcam sites too and they bring the whole place down making girls feel uncomfortable for actually being aroused and relaxed. We can't go around thinking those that scream the loudest must be considered the most. I am sure Rob has other methods to determining the popularity of a scene.

I do find it odd that Athena and all the sites that she's been on so far have claimed that her breasts are natural when they're clearly not. Sure, she's totally fit and fucking hot, but you can see the scars under her breasts and they are way too perky and shapely to be natural.

^^ I don't know where you got the theory that FTV changes the names of their models. Models choose their own name, but some models decide to change after they shoot for FtV and some had already decided to change it before they shot for FTV, and some decide to change their name constantly because she doesn't want her porn tracked. To name some examples: Somara changes her name constantly, Kylie Page decided to change her name once she started doing b/g, Lena Anderson told me she changed her name because she wanted to leave Blair Ivory behind. Megan Rain has kept her name and so has Riley Reed. So please avoid making assumptions 😅
I know it's still a small dataset, but what are peoples first impressions of the 4K updates? Significant improvement over 1080p? Are the files huge, or are they using a good codec like HEVC?

As a fellow fan of the extreme stuff, I do agree that good extreme updates have been few and far between these days, which reall does suck because FTV was one of the last sites that did a great job with extreme stuff. Even Kink.com has toned down the fisting...not sure why... Would be interesting to know the reasoning behind this. Generic porn is so saturated and boring a lot of the time. Not sure why FTV wouldn't want to continue to stand out this way. As for people complaining? why should you decide what everyone else gets to see. If an update is not for you, then don't watch it. It's simple.

I would definitely subscribe again at the end of the month. Hopefully while FTVX is still in development, Rob doesn't hold back from releasing more FTVX scenes on FTVGirls.
