Focusing mostly on new girls/first-timers and FTV-only girls (Gwen was originally one of them). The transition to new equipment and quality, stable 4k is pretty much done, as reflected on Gwen's shoot. About the lack of quality girls in the industry, there are a few problems: -Too many girls with big tattoos nowadays, and getting worse -Obesity even at 18 -Social media -- girls get bashed/hounded after becoming porn stars by malicious people who pile on, and totally ruin these girls' lives. Hence the increase in suicides and depression amongst the models in the industry. Makes newcomers more reluctant to get into the business. It seems 'ok' to bully these girls on social media, while everything else is taboo. The few girls who are natural and amazing eg, say recent Aria are becoming more rare, and therefore in high demand with agents and top companies. I'll post some of the fresh faces I'm shooting soon.
