Possible "Jenna Sucessor" Jesse Jane has never done anal. And long-time porn superstar, Janine, never did intentional anal--though Evan Stone appears to have poked her in the butt in a scene they did together (Janine quickly pushed his dick out).
The short & long on this subject is if a girl comes into the biz doing gonzo, chances are she'll have done anal by the end of her first week. If she is very selective about her scenes, and mostly works in features or for "top" companies (Vivid, Wicked, Ditigal Playground) she may be able to get "star" marketing without having to do anal. Marketing is what makes a girl a star in the biz.
IMO doing anal is NOT a requirement for being a performer in the biz.
