But I would imagine that at least some porn-stars do practice difficult sex-acts in order to do them well in front of the camera. Although some of that practice might not be the kind of things you would want to see. To do anals, DP's, DAP's, and DPP's well. The lady must prepare her pussy and ass for unusual stretching. And their outstanding abilities probably come from their regular practice and good preparation before the filming begins.
