By far the best part of SOUTH PARK: THE MOVIE was Satan bitching about Windows 98.
Anyway, again I'm asking here because the answers are usually a lot better than I find elsewhere on the net.
I own Photoshop CS3 (not pirated) and I'm trying to install it on a new machine with Win 7. It installs, but when I run it, it creates the basic window and then hangs. I've installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled it. I've run the "repair" on it. No go.
Worked fine in Windows Vista.
I tried running compatibility mode for it for both Vista and XP, but that doesn't seem to make any difference.
Adobe Bridge CS3 also hangs. Device Central did nothing (that I can see).
Rebooting computer after installing doesn't seem to help.
Any suggestions? I was looking on the net but I haven't seen anything where CS3 is incompatible with Win7.
My next stop is to ask Adobe directly, but I anticipate that it'll be finger-pointing between them and Microsoft.

Thanks again, d00d. That did it. The registration-repair patch.
I'm usually good at searching things on the internet, but I couldn't find that one on my own to save my ass.
