Almost certainly a random/unofficial translation of a JAV DVD title or series. You can find an incomplete list of JAV DVDs with black performers on R18 though not all of its scenes are properly tagged (they sell both physical and digital though the website has DRM and crap streams so I don't recommend actually downloading/streaming from there).
