Does anyone know where I can see the full versions of these scenes, or what they called etc.

To see a "full version", you'll have to first find out what vid the scene comes from, and then search through the various web stores to see who has it available to purchase. Here's a list of stores that might be able to help, once you know what you're looking for. Some of these stores have VOD, so maybe you can purchase that scene specifically.

Your question brings up something I've always wanted porn companies to do. Add full, unedited versions of key sex scenes as part of their "Extra" package on the dvd. It's really something that would add to plot-driven Feature sexvid dvds. Often the sex scenes in Features have cuts in the action, and move to another non-sex scene--then return to the sex action. Having these sex scenes uncut on as an Extra, would be really good.

the title here made me think of Pirates 2, the quick cuts and edits during the sex scenes drove me nuts!

From what I've gathered talking to a few industry types over the years, getting unedited scenes is next to impossible. Apparently few directors film continuously scene to scene, so there tends to be breaks for such things as softcore shots, stills, weary performers, physical or technical issues. I would love to see scenes shown with few to no breaks in them, but from what I gather, most scenes simply aren't shot that way. Would love for some industry folks to chime in though.

I just heard that the "Pirates 2" multi-disc package has one disc of unedited, extended sex scenes--because Digital Playground knows that some fans will not like the approximately five minutes each sex scene gets in the Feature. Smart move.
I haven't gotten the dvd yet, and will post something if the info about the extended scenes disc is incorrect.
