Sadly, I can't recommend product from Vivid Video, the industry leader that in it's early days seemed to want to be the Playboy of hardcore; with a fun-like, couples-friendly approach to sex. Unfortunately, since the late-1990s Vivid has been producing harder product, first using non-contract female performers for the rough stuff, but more recently, using their Vivid Girls in more extreme action (that are included in their contracts).

As for a female performer who can always be counted on to have fun in her scenes, and not engage in the more extreme acts, I don't think she exists. Many girls start out with "limits" and seem to enjoy their work. But after a year in the biz most have accepted the notion of either going harder (like multiple partners, anal, cum drinking) or not working--and their lack of enjoyment often shows. Even a Class Act like Gina Lynn did a "Darkside" sexvid, and though she didn't do anal--she did do lots of facials and cum-drinking. The industry rewarded her with an Award--for choosing to be just like everyone else.

Too bad. A girl who actually had the independence of mind, and self-confidence, to resist the pressures to do the same old rough sex, multiple partner, anal-focused sexvids would have my respect--and I would buy all of her product. But, my opinion is strictly in a minority viewpoint compared to most people post on the internet.

ATM and gaping doesn't have to be silly. It just usually is when it's done by people who are just doing it to sell videos.

"oh fuck my tight little ass like the whore that I am!" doesn't have to be a silly line. It just usually is because they usually don't say it like they mean it or don't put any personal touches on the way they say it.

There are some guys who treat the girls with the utmost respect. Unfortunately, watching them fuck is like watching a damn funeral procession (which might have something to do with why they're not very popular).

As for a series? It's not predictable. Some series start off great and quickly go to shit. Some start shitty and eventually get really good. No way to know really except to read reviews.

I wouldn't necessarily lump multiple-partners in with all the other "aggressive" stuff... there's no reason the performers can't have fun doing a FFM or a FMM scene... there's no reason it can't be good, enjoyable sex for all involved. I think the reason multiple-partners might get a bad rap is because of how it is usually done: a cliche with both guys holding back until the end and then stroking off on her face at the same time. Avoid that cliche and just let the performers do what gets them off, and the scene could be great.

I'd also draw a small distinction between "fun sex" and "couples-friendly". The former is enjoyed by all participants during filming, while the latter is enjoyed by both sexes during watching. The two don't necessarily go together. Some female performers can enjoy themselves while performing scenes that are very male-oriented.

I know they have some of the gaping and ATM and all that stuff, but when it comes to performers who enjoy themselves I couldn't help but think of Manuel Ferrara's movies. His New Whores on the Block was easily one of my favorite movies from last year and did a great job blending performers who were into each other, some fun setups, and some great teasing and sex. You really can't go wrong when you put Manuel together with Mia Rose in a scene.

If you like more artistic porn, I'd also suggest some of Robby D.'s stuff. The final scene in Jesse Jane Image has a fantastic playful spirit to it that worked for me in a very big way. I really love his Teen America series as well, which is more straightforward.
