What's the reason for going to geeksquad....what service/fix did they perform?

I was downloading Mp4 and Wmv no problem, playing and copying. I bought my desktop to the geeksquad and when it got back i could not open anything, things would.t he computer that where parts of the site, download as well. but they will not open to play. the geeksquad said it plays fine for them when they open wmv and mp4 and tell me my local cable company comcast has filters and block that stuff. i need the truth and help to get my porn back. thanks 4 your time. They said they usually don't look at the porn on computers, but being that was my BIGGEST problem telling that MP4's and WMV's would not play, they felt they had no choice. 4 pages of details, they fixed it, came back tonight. They of course played the porn in the back. I said to them, this is the problem, what did you folks do to fix it? What will the system do now? Better techs at this store. I was typing to you on my mac 13" and it was annoying, that needs software to do burning and other stuff. Thank u for being on board in helping!!! [Link] |
