Your 'logical' deductions are in fact completely subjective conjecture and are at complete variance with the facts.
1) How many pornstars who won't do anal actually do anal in their very first scene? 2) What percentage of pornstars signing an exclusive anal contract end up doing no anals during the contract?

Can't answer #2 because nobody outside of the people involved would know that but I remember quite a few contracts where some thing were promised by the performer and these never occurred and yet they claimed that it was in their contract. ...no it doesn't. She also shot a scene for Blacked which I'm assuming she got paid for. My assumption would be that her anal scenes would have been paid at a premium rate because they were exclusive. It would also mean that during that time anyone wanting to view a recent anal scene of a very popular new pornstar would have to sign up for his site. Don't forget she's done a ton of content on other sites in the time she's been around and probably got decent money for these. She's no Mia Melano!
Your main point earlier was that pornstars were going for anal exclusive contracts when they were actually trying to duck doing anal altogether.....and you can't come up with a single historical example to back this up? Jesse of course had a very long porn career where she did avoid anal and, although we were led to believe that she was going to do more than the 2 anal scenes she did for Jules she did at least do her first anals as part of her exclusive contract.
In one of her many AMAs that she has done on Reddit (she deletes them unbelievably fast sadly), she has mentioned that one of her regrets about porn is doing anal so early in her career. But that is because her view on the industry has changed, she said herself that the plan was to do porn for few months, make as much cash as possible and retire, but it looks like that has changed.
^ Her marketable value for anal will have gone down due to that first scene. I suspect she had no idea the reaction her amazing body would have as soon as she started releasing scenes. It's good that she seems have gone for a longer stay. The problem with doing anal early is that everyone then expects it in their scene.....which is why the Lansky deal made so much sense for her. 3 anal scenes this early in a porn career still puts her ahead of what an average pornstar would have produced....so I'm more than happy.

^^Yeah. I think her main regret with that first anal is that she didn't realise that whatever she got for it. It was a lot less than she could have had if she had waited and worked for a while to get a higher name recognition which in turn would have increased her asking price for that first anal. Now maybe ECG pays way more than I think but somehow I doubt it and therefore anyone who does their first anal for them is doomed to get less for subsequent ones.
^She might have a decent porn career but a long one is unlikely if for no other reason than that she has already signed an exclusive contract. The performers who have long careers tend to do as many thing as possible for as many producers as possible with only leaving out those things that are usually very lucrative for later in their career. I also want to point out that not every agent is able to get their models the top dollars that others can because not all agents have the track record necessary to justify asking for more money.

I don't know whether it's because so few guys can actually perform on a porn set, or that an industry that operates outside of normal social mores will tolerate behavior that would be intolerable in other industries.
But Markus was not on my radar at all until I listened to "The Last Days of August. After that kind of PR, he would be unemployable in any other industry.
^And my god his antics, horrible (god forbid) accent, but mostly his whole demeanour. I don't get why he gets so much screen time and major scenes. He's an instant turn off even with major hotties like Gabbie. Makes the scene unwatchable.

^Oh, I doubt that. I think directors feel like he's a pretty good performer and they know that 99% of porn fans don't know or care about the allegations against him.

Well she posted on her insta what people want to see on her upcoming YouTube channel. She is still available on their site so doesn't look like the end yet.
Not sure I would read anything into this. Her agency are there as a link in a tweet of hers from a couple of days ago and she's certainly still advertised as available on their website.
