Is Gag Factor still legal to purchase in the United Kingdom? I'm assuming it is as there is at least one website I know that still sells the series, but I'm wondering if there are any legal ramifications for buying/owning a copy. I'd always thought that if the porn was available to purchase, then it was fine. (The retailer I mentioned is Vidshop.) Also, what's the situation in the US for porn of this kind? There were some trailers on the DVD, some were pretty rough, simulated rape, that in some situations was on the edge, girls cried and weeped bitterly. I have seen this in japanese porn before, but was astonished, that this was common in US mainstream porn. [Link] |
