| RedWhite Member 33 Posts 2/05 | I heard from someone that the makers of Gag Factor, JM Productions, were in some legal trouble a while back (facing an indictment?) in the US. Is Gag Factor still legal to purchase in the United Kingdom? I'm assuming it is as there is at least one website I know that still sells the series, but I'm wondering if there are any legal ramifications for buying/owning a copy. I'd always thought that if the porn was available to purchase, then it was fine. (The retailer I mentioned is Vidshop.) Also, what's the situation in the US for porn of this kind? Do the producers get in trouble, or is the consumer or the seller? Any info is much appreciated. Thanks Edited by - RedWhite on Sep 14 2007 [Link] |

There were some trailers on the DVD, some were pretty rough, simulated rape, that in some situations was on the edge, girls cried and weeped bitterly. I have seen this in japanese porn before, but was astonished, that this was common in US mainstream porn. |
