Not a fan of them anyway, I find them a bit pricey.

| shenton Member 96 Posts 9/03 | The point is if GameLink don't answer email before I buy, I can't imagine what will happen if I order from them and the order has problems. So play safe, don't buy from stores who don't answer emails. If you need a recommendation, I would recommend Laser's Edge or Five Star. These are the good stores to buy from, especially Laser's Edge, all your emails will be answered within the next day. |

| scipio Senior Member 1901 Posts 2/00 | That's why I have to second shenton's second point, both Laser's Edge and Fivestar have excellent customer service, although I'd also add AdultDVDToday to that list, I've had great fast email replies from them and noodlegirl is active in these forums as well when issues arise or information is needed. Note to Gamelink: Consistantly good customer service will get you far on these forums! cheers, scipio |

| shenton Member 96 Posts 9/03 | Question no 2: UPS Ground or FedEx Ground is trackable and insured, and how many days to Canada? Question no 3: Returns allowed on unopened DVDs? Thank you. |
| scipio Senior Member 1901 Posts 2/00 | It's always heartening to see retailers joining in these forums, and now hopefully with your presence here and these issues some people have been having been brought to your attention, everything can be cleared up. There are several stores who are very proactive in these forums, and it always reflects well on them as far as customer service goes, so hopefully you'll be able to continue to view the forums and post here from time to time. thanks for posting, scipio |
| Game Link CS New Member 1 Posts 11/03 | I am the Customer Service Manager at Game Link. I am dismayed by all of your experiences and want to assure you all that the aforementioned instances will be reviewed and action taken if found necessary. In addition, I would like to personally answer shenton's questions: 1. Free Shipping - all orders (domestic, within the United States and Canada) over $100 will receive free shipping. We ship all domestic packages over $100 ground, there is no need for the customer to select anything on the order form, it is all done automatically for you. 2. UPS Ground or FedEx Ground - Shipments sent to Canada are shipped via Canadian Post and are unfortunately not traceable, however the customer can select Canada FedEx for $24.95 and we will deduct the free shipping offer (up to $9.95) off of that amount. 3. Factory sealed DVD - All DVDs leaving our premises are factory sealed. At this time we only accept returns for defective items. I welcome any further feedback and ask that you email me directly at niki@gamelink.com. Best Regards, Niki Donnelly |

Thanks for the clarifications. Just thought I let you know that this is what is shown on your order form with the shipping option defaulted to Continental USA (which means I need to change the selection since I am not in USA).
There is, however, no mention of free shipping offer deduction (up to $9.95) if Canada FedEx $24.95 is selected on the order form. |
