I believe in response to the heightened security efforts being made in the US, due to the current war with Iraq, all sexual couplings involving more than 3 parties have been put on hold until further notice out of fear for terrorist attacks.

(n.b. Some or all of the above may not be true, as there is little (no) documentation to support my claims)

Well, a couple of months ago Hot Video announced that bukkake had become a no-no in the USA. Maybe that was a possible source for Mark.

Wait a minute. I didn't say that bukkake was a no-no in the USA, just that Hot Video made a mention of it several months ago. They have been wrong before. I believe bukkake videos are still being made, no?
