| Gentleman Jon All-Star Member 1881 Posts 6/05 | Posted - Jan 19 2010 : 10:37AM I had wanted to get a haircut right before the convention, but a big snowstorm hit the Kansas City region the day and evening before my flight left, and so I canceled all side trips such as trips to the barber and focused solely on getting to the airport. In fact, I spent the night in a motel near the Kansas City airport, rather than sleeping at home the night before and getting up at 4am to dig my car out in a double-digits below zero windchill and then having a nerve-wracking 80 mile drive over highways that the wind kept re-covering with snow after the plows went by. I did think about getting a haircut in Vegas, but I just never did. I'm sure a haircut on the Strip would have been the most expensive haircut that I've ever had, had I gotten one. I had Bobbi sign my Zumanity ticket from the night before, as she and Ssippi and Belladonna and Aiden had watched the same performance in the row in front of me. I wish Belladonna had been there on Saturday, then I would have had her sign my ticket also. Though it was appropriate that Bella was at a dress rehearsal for a dance performance that night. As it was, at Zumanity I couldn't really see Bobbi or the boys that well once they sat down and the performance began, but Bella was only eight to ten feet away from me, and I did peek at her a little during the show to see if I could see her reaction, as someone who knows a little about dance. Unfortunately, I couldn't really see that much reaction from Belladonna's back and side profile. April O'Neil, LA Direct says she has been in the business since 2008, and I think I have seen her before on erotic photography-based sites. Or at least the free samples on the internet. I'm not entirely sure, but she did look familiar. I don't know what her performances are like, but I can't imagine her being a bad performer after seeing the personality she displays on the convention floor. She ought to get as popular as a girl/girl only performer can get, especially since she does at least do girl/girl anal. She seems to be one of those rare women blessed with a body that breast men, legs and feet men, and people who just like spinners can all agree upon liking. And another one for the foot folk. Though I decided that there was no benefit to providing a higher resolution example of this pic, it would only show how inferior the original photograph was.  And though I was embarrassed a little by my shaky cam, and how when I'm looking for a folder in my bags my camera isn't pointed at Jenna at all, and I've never liked hearing my voice that much, I suppose I'll share this video clip. I mainly made it for purplehayes2006, and it does end quite abruptly, but I wanted to take stills again. Anyway, take it or leave it. And that will be my last photo post today. I need to get to bed. And I'm sure Tori, Kristina, and Alexis Texas would all be worth seeing feature dancing, as they do know how to work a crowd. But they were posing with each other, dancing around, and throwing caps, T-shirts, and DVDs into the crowd more than they were actually signing. Which meant that the line for Tori Black, which appeared to be a 30 minute line, was actually an over an hour line. And I never did get any pics of me posing with Tori, or have her sign my DVD covers. I just got fed up. It's a good thing that I had seen Kristina Rose that morning at a different booth, and Misty Stone and Alexis Texas on Friday, and hadn't had to deal with the bullshit then. Elegant Angel possibly has the best physical setup on the floor. There is enough space between the girls' signing podiums and the AVN booth that lines for each individual girl can form with no confusion. And then they sabotage it by thinking that people come to see an Elegant Angel pep rally instead coming to get an autograph and a few pics posing with the girls. The lines don't move slowly there because press keep pulling the girls aside for interviews, or because other fans show up with suitcases full of things for the girls to sign. No, at Elegant Angel, the lines move slowly because Elegant Angel means for the lines to move slowly. If they made their movies like they ran that booth on Saturday afternoon, then after every 5 minutes of the movie, you would have to watch 10 minutes of trailers. And you wouldn't be able to skip over or FF through the trailers. If they just tried to fire up the crowd for a few minutes at a time, every hour or even every half hour, that would be fine. But they got carried away on Saturday afternoon, and TB spent more time not signing than signing during her hours that afternoon. [Link] |
