In my case I purchased DVDs, paid for them and never received anything. So far, so good - you may just say: "Shit happens!" and continue after a while. Normally that would have been my reaction too.
The reason why I did not continue with Filmundo in any way is quite easy: I warned Filmundo about the seller, wrote negative review and even so that seller quickly gained lots of bad reviews he was not stopped by Filmundo. Guess he is still allowed to be a seller at their site. A reliable auction site IMHO takes care of bad sellers by stopping them.
