The porn industry is strange: MM-gay is gay and str8 is str8. However, whereas MMF-bisexual material is considered part of the overall gay genre, FFM-bisexual, she-male/trannie, and purely lesbian material are usually considered str8. MFM and FMF are both str8. In other words, if two men touch each other sexually, it is considered gay unless one of them is pretending to be a woman (even if he/she's still got a cock).

Most studios are now well-represented on the Internet. I'd suggest that you go to the websites of some of the studios doing she-male and trannie product and follow their contact instructions.
